Living the Spiritual Principles of Health and Well-Being

If you're anything like me, you crave the blissful feeling that comes with knowing that there is more to life than the physical world. Throughout my blogs, I hope to remind you of the joy of meditation and prayer and encourage you to find healing tools and food for thought.

In my opinion, inner awareness is spiritual because it emerges from your own soul life experiences. Call it tuning-in or source speaking directly to your heart. Living life as your true self through the lens and guidance of your heart. There is little thinking involved when your heart is leading; it simply is. When you tone the twelve chakras, you are vibrating each one with your voice vibrating balance in every part of your cells and body with your sacred breath and tone. It's an inside job..haha-you are calling it forth. Learn to master yourself or make a pilgrimage to Tibet. They can teach you much.

Sounds simply inspire or agitate. Sound therapy aims to heal the mind and body through music, tones, frequencies, and vibrations. Soothing sounds of wind rustling through the trees, a babbling brook, forest sounds, and ocean waves bring calming similarities to the psyche as vibrational sounds of music as well.

I've been following the guys below since 2011 and wanted to share a 4-minute clip you might enjoy. Hang drums are hand made-the places they travel to record are captured beautifully.
